2. Who can use KundliKosh

3. Our services

We provide free janam kundli and home Vastu checks, an AI Jyotishi that answers questions about your chart or home, free PDF reports, and paid premium reports and subscriptions as listed on our Pricing page.

4. Nature of astrology and Vastu

Astrology and Vastu guidance on this website is based on traditional beliefs and is for spiritual and informational purposes only. It does not guarantee any outcome. It is not a substitute for medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and you should not make major decisions based on it alone. 5. AI-generated content

AI Jyotishi answers and parts of premium reports are written automatically by artificial intelligence. They may contain mistakes and are not individually reviewed by a human astrologer.

6. Accuracy of calculations

Results depend on the birth and home details you enter. Our calculations are approximate, and we keep working to improve them. Please check that your details are correct.

7. Your responsibilities

• Enter accurate details, and enter someone else's details only with their permission.
• Use the website only for lawful, personal purposes.
• Do not misuse, copy, scrape, overload or try to disrupt the website or AI Jyotishi.

8. Payments

Prices are shown on our Pricing page. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we do not see or store your full card or UPI details. Subscriptions renew monthly until you cancel.

10. Intellectual property

The website design, text, translations, the Pandit ji mascot, the KundliKosh name and logo belong to us. You may download and keep your own reports for personal use, but you may not copy, resell or republish our content.

We use trusted providers to run KundliKosh, including Cloudflare (hosting), GeoNames (place search), Anthropic (AI answers) and Razorpay (payments). Their own terms and policies also apply to their services.

12. Limitation of liability

We provide KundliKosh "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from decisions you make based on our guidance, or for any indirect loss. Our total liability for any paid service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.

13. Changes

We may update our services and these terms from time to time. We will update the date at the top of this page when we do.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact our Grievance Officer first at [email protected]; most issues can be solved quickly. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the courts at Sirsa, Haryana will have jurisdiction.
